Championship Department

The main responsibility of the Championship department is to organise & run National Championships for the English Golf Union. To see more details of the events we organise plus other tournaments visit the Championships section of our website. As required we also organise the Home Internationals and major team and individual European events. 

Apart from Championship events we provide assistance to the R&A by offering advice & guidance on the Rules of Golf and Amateur Status.
